Disabling RMA options in Create Return window
Hi all
Recently, I saw a post in the newsgroup where a user had a problem with the Create Return window, which opens from Sales Transaction Entry >> Additional >> Create Return.
If the Field Service module was a registered module in your license key, the Create RMA option is checked by default, as shown below.
If you are not using the RMA module, this could be a pain, since every time this window is opened, you need to manually uncheck this box to proceed creating the return. The question is how can this checkbox be cleared/disabled?
To achieve this, uncheck the Field Service module in the Registration window as shown below.
and this will disable the checkbox and default it to unchecked, which will mean you need not manually uncheck this checkbox every time the window is opened.
Hope this article is useful for many of you guys who are using this open to create returns and do not use Field Service module.
