Weekly Dynamic: Options for Controlling GL Posting

There are a couple of different options for controlling posting to the GL in Dynamics GP. One option is to add a password for posting GL batches in Tools-> Setup> Posting. On the plus side, this lets anyone create a GL transactions but only those with the password can post.
