SQL Server 2008 SP2 & User Account Control (UAC) Issue

Looks like I am in for another SQL level issue. Once I install Service Pack 2 for SQL Server 2008, I receive following error whenever I want to access SSRS Home Page: The above message happens in spite me being having access both to IIS and also to SQL.
