David Musgrave has a great story about the origins of the blockbuster Support Debugging Tool for Microsoft Dynamics GP (which I just learnt, has over 61,000 lines of re-usable code!). Lines of code are not the perfect measure for any product, but just shows how much hard work has gone into this tool, created to help out people supporting GP.
