New Year Resolutions—How About a Certification?
A new year always brings new goals. Maybe you were lucky enough to participate in your company’s implementation of Dynamics GP and received actual formal training. But for many users, training is handled on the job, usually under pressure of someone leaving or moving on to a new position. This doesn’t always lend itself to the most beneficial training environment—yet we know from experience that high-quality training increases Dynamics GP user satisfaction and allows users to complete tasks with less frustration and more efficiency.
So how about a new Dynamics GP goal? How about increasing your knowledge and comfort with the software? How about certification? It is a little-known fact users can pursue the same certifications as consultants. Of course, certification is not as valuable as the learning experience that comes with gaining the certification.
